Ringover Integration

learn how to quickly connect this cold calling solution to lemlist

Updated over a week ago

Cold calling has evolved with better data, VoIP tools, and call tracking, so your team can reach the right prospects faster and keep every interaction logged.

With the lemlist + Ringover integration, you can connect your Ringover account to lemlist using an API key.

Learning Objective

By the end of this tutorial, you’ll know how to connect Ringover to lemlist by accessing Integrations in Settings, generating a Ringover API key, enabling Monitoring, and pasting the key into lemlist.

Core Lesson — Step-by-Step Workflow

Practical Application / Real-Life Example

If your team uses Ringover for outbound calling, a good practice is to create a dedicated API key specifically for lemlist (for example, labeled “lemlist integration”). This makes it easier to identify later during audits, troubleshooting, or key rotation.

Troubleshooting & Pitfalls

Issue: Calls/events don’t appear as expected in tracking/monitoring

  • Root cause: “Monitoring” (or required permissions) wasn’t enabled on the Ringover API key.

  • Fix: Re-open the API key settings in Ringover and enable Monitoring, then retry the connection.

Issue: I can’t proceed in lemlist because the API key isn’t accepted

  • Root cause: The wrong key was copied (or it includes extra spaces/characters).

  • Fix: Copy the API key again from Ringover and paste it into the Ringover API key field in lemlist.
