Hiii lemlister!

You may be wondering what the sending capacity is.

Sending capacity in lemlist’s Outreach Queue helps you understand how many actions (emails, LinkedIn steps, or calls) your account can still perform each day. By tracking this score, you can prevent accounts from hitting their daily limits and keep your outreach campaigns running smoothly.

You can find sending capacity directly in the Outreach Queue, displayed at the top of each activity group.

How to read the sending capacity indicator

The sending capacity score is color-coded, making it easy to see your available limits at a glance:

  • 🟒 Green (90–100%) β†’ plenty of capacity available

  • 🟑 Yellow (70–89%) β†’ getting close to the limit

  • 🟠 Orange (50–69%) β†’ limited capacity left

  • πŸ”΄ Red (<49%) β†’ almost out of capacity

How is sending capacity calculated?

Sending capacity is automatically computed in the Outreach Queue based on your planned activities and the sending limits of your connected accounts.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • For email β†’ scheduled daily emails Γ· daily email limit

  • For LinkedIn β†’ (scheduled invitations + scheduled messages) Γ· (invitation limit + message limit)

  • For calls β†’ no limits exist at the moment

If you filter the Outreach Queue by multiple senders, the sending capacity is shown as the sum of all activities Γ· sum of all limits.

What to do when capacity is low

  • Spread the remaining steps over the next days to stay within limits.

  • Reduce today’s scheduled actions for the channel that is orange or red.

  • Connect and use more sending accounts if available.

  • If LinkedIn capacity is disabled because of the plan, consider upgrading to multichannel.

Heads-up about the queue view

  • Manual refresh. The view is not real-time while you stay on the page. Click the refresh arrow in the top left to load the latest numbers.

  • Conditions in campaigns. Conditions appear as rows in the queue. Once a condition is met, new steps can be added and the plan can shift. Treat the queue as a prediction that can move when you launch new campaigns or change schedules.

Things to remember

  • All connected sending accounts are included, even if one is in error or not currently sending.

  • Manual tasks and paused leads do not count toward capacity.

  • On non-multichannel plans, LinkedIn capacity is shown as disabled with an upgrade option for admins.

Why this matters

Keeping an eye on sending capacity helps you avoid hitting daily limits, plan launches confidently, and keep your outreach flowing across channels.
