Pause all your sending while you're on holiday

Stop every campaign you send from for a set date range, so leads don't receive messages while you're away and your inbox answers with an out-of-office reply.

When you go on holiday, your campaigns keep sending. If a lead replies while you're away, they get your out-of-office message and the conversation can go cold.

With Pause all sending, you set a start date and an end date. Every campaign where you are a sender stops sending for that window.

Step 1: Open User Sender Settings

Open User Sender Settings.

Step 2: Turn on Pause all sending

In User Sender Settings, find the Pause all sending section, below the email, LinkedIn, and phone sections. Turn the toggle on.

Step 3: Set your dates and save

Set a start date and an end date, then click Save.

✅ Verify: Pause all sending is on and shows your start and end dates.

What happens during the pause

Every campaign where you are a sender stops sending between the start date and the end date you set.

Example

You're away for two weeks. Before you leave, turn on Pause all sending with your first and last day off, and click Save. During those two weeks, the campaigns where you are the sender don't send, so leads don't receive new messages while your inbox answers with an out-of-office reply.

Troubleshooting

Issue: A campaign where I'm the sender is still sending during my holiday.

Root cause: The pause is off, the dates weren't saved, or the dates don't cover today.

Fix:

  1. Open User Sender Settings.

  2. Check that Pause all sending is on and that the start and end dates include today.

  3. Click Save.
