TL;DR
Create a new team from the team switcher, open that team’s Settings, subscribe it to a plan in Plans & billing, then invite users from the Users tab. Each team has its own workspace, seats, and billing.
Who Should Use This
Agencies managing separate workspaces for different clients
Companies with multiple departments that need separate campaigns and data
Teams adding multiple users who need access to the same workspace
Admins who want to subscribe a team to a plan before inviting teammates
Why This Matters
Each lemlist team works as a separate workspace with its own campaigns, contacts, settings, and subscription.
This helps you keep data organized across clients, business units, or regions, while still letting teammates collaborate inside the same team when needed.
Before teammates can fully work from a team, you should first create the team, subscribe it to the right plan, and then invite users into it.
Step-by-Step Guide
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner, open the team switcher, and select Create a new team. Then complete the team creation flow.
After the team is created, click your profile again and open Settings.
In the left sidebar under Team settings, select Plans & billing. In the Products tab, choose the subscription that fits your team: Email, Multichannel, or Enterprise.
Complete the checkout flow to subscribe the team to your selected plan.
Once the team is subscribed, open the Users tab and click Invite user.
Enter your teammate’s email address, then choose whether to add them as a paying user or a free user.
Send the invitation.
Important: The plan is selected at the team level, so users added to the same team work under that team’s subscription.
How You'll Know It Worked
✓ Your new team appears in the team switcher.
✓ The team shows an active subscription in Plans & billing.
✓ You can open the Users tab for that team and invite teammates.
✓ Invited users receive an email invitation or an in-app invitation if they already use lemlist.
