Your booking page is what people see before they schedule time with you. Keeping your booking link, profile details, social links, and page layout up to date makes your page clearer, more professional, and easier to share.
Step-by-step guide
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings.
In Account settings, click Booking page from the left sidebar.
Edit your Username to update your public booking URL.
Update your Display name to control the name shown on your booking page.
Use the Status field to add a short headline or role description.
Add or edit your About me text so visitors can learn more about you before booking.
Add your Social Media links to share places like X, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
Choose your preferred Layout design to control how your booking page appears to visitors.
Use the Your links section to add custom links, such as your website, portfolio, or other important resources.
Click the copy link icon next to your username to copy your booking link and share it anywhere you need.
Note: The Booking page section is where you manage the details shown on your public scheduling page, including your profile information, social links, custom links, layout, and shareable booking link.
How you’ll know it worked
✓ Your updated username, display name, or bio appears in Settings → Booking page
✓ Your social links and custom links are visible in the Booking page settings
✓ Your preferred layout design is selected
✓ You can copy and share your booking link directly from the Booking page
Troubleshooting
Issue: You can’t find Settings
Root cause: Settings is now accessed from the profile menu, not from the left navigation.
Fix:
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner
Select Settings
Open Booking page from the left sidebar
Issue: Your booking page still shows old details
Root cause: One or more profile fields may not have been updated in Booking page.
Fix:
Check your Username, Display name, Status, and About me fields
Update any outdated information
Re-open your booking page link to confirm the changes
Issue: Visitors can’t access your website or portfolio from the booking page
Root cause: The link may not have been added under Your links, or it may be incomplete.
Fix:
Go to Settings → Booking page
Add the full URL in the Your links section
Test the link after saving your changes
