Every gmail provider has a cap of how many emails you can send per day, so lemlist has one as well. Especially because we are working on personalized - deliverable emails and not on mass emails that go into spam usually.

Our limits are:
Free trial - 50 emails per day
Please keep in mind our trial version is only for testing the toolm so you get all the perks of all plans, but a limited number of emails per day.

Silver plan 100 emails per day
Gold plan - 500 emails per day
Platinum plan - 500 emails per day

For Gmail and Google Suite

As of this writing, information on limits can be found here and here

These are theoretical limits. In the reality you should keep your limit to about 200 email per day.

Some of our clients are blocked by Google after a 20 emails, some other after 500.

Google has its own algorithm to decide to block or not.

If we detect that you've reached a Google quota limit we will pause sending for a period of time and then automatically resume later. However, do not rely on this detection to protect yourself from going over your quota because

we usually only get this notice after you've already exceeded your quota and

sometimes we're not able to make that detection fast enough to stop emails that are already queued up.
Keep in mind, if you're sending via an alias, your Google limits apply but so might any limits that the service that runs your alias has.

For custom SMTP accounts

When sending emails via SMTP, you'll need to refer to your email provider's best practices for how many emails you can send per day.

But as for Google, we advise you to set the limit around 200 email per day.

I do have some extra tips for you in my video below:
