Once you are on your dashboard on lemlist, choose Settings option.

Go to BILLING from there.

This should take you to the billing details where you will see a button to ADD MORE SEATS.

After you have added for example 2 more seats, go to your team settings.

In there, you will be able to invite as many team members as seats you have added earlier.

Once they accept the invite, they will setup their account.
