Four lemlist improvements coming your way.

1. Receive high bounce rate & other important alerts

Sometimes, things in outreach don't go as planned. One of such situations is when you have to deal with a high bounce rate and eliminate threats to your email deliverability.

For this reason, we've developed email alerts that you can activate in Account Settings and then set up your preferred Email Settings.

This way, if one of your or your team member's campaigns suffers from a high bounce rate, we'll send an immediate warning with the appropriate guidance on how to fix it. Same for email tracking, if you're not measuring open and click rates in the right way, we'll tell you how to resolve it.

As you can see in the screenshot above, simply tell us to send you alerts for your campaigns, but also for all other users in your team.

2. Share specific reports with your team

Imagine the following situation. You and your team are running outreach campaigns. One day, you spot an interesting trend in the report and you want to share it with your team. All you have to do is to click on the share button and send the link to your colleague.

Btw, keep in mind that this colleague needs to have an account in lemlist to be able to access the report.

3. Update in user activity monitoring

When somebody from your team connects Pipedrive to lemlist or any other CRM, you want to know. If they create a specific filter to exploit this integration, you also want to know. Efficiency and staying synced are things that matter.

That's why, when you go to Reports > Activities, you'll find the information you need.

That's it for today! :)
