TL;DR
Go to Settings, open Plans & Billing, then click the pen icon in Payment methods to update your card. If needed, click the pen icon in Billing information to update your billing address separately. You can only delete a card if your subscription has been cancelled and the cancellation period is over. Takes 2–3 minutes.

Why This Matters
Keeping your payment information current prevents service interruptions. If your card expires or gets declined, lemlist pauses your subscription until payment succeeds.
Updating payment details also ensures uninterrupted access to campaigns, team seats, and lemwarm. If you want to remove a card entirely, this is only possible once your subscription has been cancelled and the cancellation period has ended.
How to Change or Delete Your Credit Card
Click your profile picture in the bottom left corner, then select Settings
In team settings, open Plans & Billing, then click the pen icon in the Payment methods section
In the Payment method window, your current card appears on the left. If your subscription has already been cancelled and the cancellation period is over, click the trash icon to remove it. If your subscription is still active, you won’t be able to delete the card and should replace it instead
To replace your current card, enter your new card number, expiration date, CVC, and country, then click Update. This replaces your existing card with the new one
If you also need to update your billing address, click the pen icon in the Billing information section
Update your billing information, then click Update to save the changes
Important: Cards cannot be deleted while a subscription is active. You can only add a new card to replace the old one.
If your subscription has already been cancelled and the cancellation period is over, you can remove the card by clicking the trash icon and then Update.
Your new payment method is now active if you replaced the card. If your subscription has fully ended, the card can be removed completely.
