Change teammate settings

Learn how to manage your teammate's limits, custom tracking domain, and email signature directly from your account without logging out

TL;DR

Workspace admins can open Settings, go to Plans & billing, switch to the Users tab, and open a teammate’s settings to manage their sending email addresses directly.

Who Should Use This

  • Admins managing teammate sending email addresses

  • Agencies onboarding new team members who need sending addresses connected for outreach

  • Operations managers standardizing which sending inboxes are available for teammates

  • Admins who need to review or update a teammate’s sending setup from one place

If you're not an Admin or don't manage team settings, skip this.

Key Concept: What You Can Manage

From a teammate’s settings panel, admins can open Sending settings and manage that teammate’s sending email addresses.

  • Connected sending email addresses: View which email addresses are connected for the teammate, check their provider and status, and add another email address if slots are available.

This helps admins manage sending setup without needing to sign in as the teammate.

Why This Matters

Managing teammate sending settings from Settings saves time and keeps your workspace organized. Instead of asking teammates to configure their own connected inboxes, admins can review and manage sending email addresses directly from the admin side.

This is especially useful when onboarding new users, auditing sending setup, or verifying which inboxes are active for a teammate.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings.

Open Settings from the profile menu
  2. In Settings, click Plans & billing, then open the Users tab.
