You can easily access all your billing details under the "Plans & Billing" section in both lemlist and lemwarm. Invoices for your Lemlist subscription are accessible through the account's 'Plans & Billing' section. From here, you can:
View all issued invoices.
Download invoices in a convenient format.
Set up automatic invoice delivery.
How to Download Your Invoice
To download an invoice:
Log in to your Lemlist account.
Go to the Plans & Billing section.
Click on My Invoices.
Find the specific invoice you need (e.g., the latest invoice or for a specific month).
Click on the cloud button next to the invoice to download it. ☁️. ☁️
💡 Email Invoices: You can now receive your invoices directly in your email inbox!
Send Invoices to Multiple Emails: You can have invoices sent to up to 2 email addresses of your choice.
How to Set Up the Email For Invoices
Go to the 'Plans & Billing' section in both lemlist and lemwarm.
Click on 'My Invoices.'
Add up to two email addresses to receive invoices automatically.

If you are unable to access some invoices, consider the following steps:
Verify that you are logged in with the account's registered email address.
Check if admin access is required, as some billing features may be restricted to the account admin.
If invoices from specific months are inaccessible, provide the following details to Lemlist’s support team for assistance:
Last four digits of the billed credit card.
Billed amounts.
Login email or account name.
Missing Invoice Numbers
Certain invoice numbers might appear to be missing in the list (e.g., BF131C25-0015). This occurs because invoices generated for $0 amounts (such as those for free trials) are not displayed in the account. Such situations require no further action.
Privacy and Security Considerations
Only users with the appropriate permissions or admin roles can access sensitive billing details. Ensure you are using the correct account credentials.
Due to privacy regulations, invoices cannot be sent directly to unverified recipients.
