How to Save a Schedule as a Template

Option 1: From the Templates Section

1️⃣ Go to the Templates section from your Dashboard (left menu).

2️⃣ Select Schedule and click the blue button to start.

3️⃣ Name your template and hit Confirm.

4️⃣ Adjust your template:

  • Time zone

  • Days to contact leads

  • Hour frame for outreach

  • Minute intervals for new lead contact

Boom! Your schedule template is ready to go. 🤩

Option 2: From a Campaign

1️⃣ Open your campaign and head to Settings.

2️⃣ Go to the Schedules section and click Create a new schedule.

3️⃣ Add a name and adjust your schedule settings.

4️⃣ Click + Add this schedule, then save it as a template by clicking the three dots next to it.

You can now use this template for your campaigns, adding one or more schedules as needed.

Using a Saved Schedule Template

Already have a schedule template? Here's how to use it:


1️⃣ Go to Settings > Schedules > Team Templates in your campaign.

2️⃣ Click the three dots next to your desired template.

3️⃣ Add it to your campaign as the schedule.
