Save a schedule as a template πŸ„
Updated over a month ago

Heeeeey lemlister! πŸ‘‹

Every schedule you create can be used later on and saved as a template.

πŸ€” How to do so?

There are 2 ways how to create a campaign template

  1. From the Templates section

Navigate to the Search bar

Click inside of the box, and choose Go to templates

Once you have access to the Templates, go to the Schedule section and click on the blue button to start creating your template

Start with naming your template and save it by clicking on the Confirm button

From there adjust your template:

  • Time zone

  • Days when you want leads to be contacted

  • Hour frame when you want leads to be contacted

  • Reach time for new leads - minute interval when a new lead will be contacted

And that’s it; you have now created your schedule template 🀩

2. Create a schedule template from your campaign

Go to your campaign and navigate to Settings

From there go to the Schedules section and click on the Create a new schedule button

Add the name of your schedule and adjust the rest of the schedule settings

After that click on the + Add this schedule button

The new schedule will be added to your campaign, and by clicking the 3 dots next to it you can save it as a template

Next, you can adjust the campaign schedule to have 1 or more, and continue with creating your campaign.

  • In case you have already created a schedule template under the Templates, you will be able to choose it in your campaign from the Settings - Schedules - Team templates section

To choose a template from the list, click on 3 dots next to the one that you want to use

And the template will be added as schedule in your campaign

Congrats you did it my lemlister! ✊

Enjoy ❀️
