Need to change the email address your campaigns are sent from?

Updated over a week ago

Heeeeey lemlister! πŸ‘‹

To access your login email or sending email you will need to click on the little circle icon with letters or your picture and then choose "Settings":

Please note that on lemlist you have two types of email addresses.

➑ login - used only for login + invoices

➑ sending email - used for sending campaigns

1️⃣ Change your user login

  • Go to your Settings

  • In the first section "My account", click on the button "Edit"

  • You'll be asked to confirm your password for security reasons, you will have 2 tries.

πŸ‘ If you succeed, you'll be asked to type and confirm the new email login you'd like to use and you will receive a procedure of activation on this new email address.

πŸ‘Ž If you fail, you'll be logged out immediately.

If you need any help, please contact support.

2️⃣ Change your sending email address

πŸ”Ί Warning

Please, keep in mind that all the CAMPAIGNS linked to the deleted email address WILL BE PAUSED AND WON'T HAVE A SENDER ANYMORE. Also, tracking for all those campaigns will be disabled.

So after you changed it, make sure to go back to your campaigns and assign the new email address as the new sender in your campaigns settings then press play again πŸ‘

So please make sure that:

⚑️ All your important campaigns are over

⚑️ You exported all important campaigns results

βœ… Then you can change your sending email address peacefully.

➑️ Go to SETTINGS ⏩ SENDING SETTINGS

➑️ You'll see the current address linked to your account

➑️ Click on the little bin to UNLINK your sending email address from lemlist

➑️ You can link another email address by clicking on the Connect new email address button
