In this article, you'll learn how to connect the email provider you use to lemlist. Meaning, lemlist will send all the campaigns using the email address you want.

Let's get rolling...

1️⃣ Settings menu

➡️ Go to Settings and then "Email provider"

➡️ Choose your email provider from the list. If your email provider is Google or Microsoft then simply choose one of the two options below :

➡️ Select your account and allow it to connect to lemlist

💡For IMAP and SMTP: no more struggling! You type your domain or your email address and lemlist will automatically pull out the required info.

You just need to check if everything is correct.

💡Tip: You will need to add the Server address, Port and enable SSL and then click on the Test and Save button.

Boom, you're all set! 👏

⛔️ Please note that you cannot use the following SMTP providers with lemlist:

  • Sengrid

  • Mailgun

  • Sendinblue

  • Mailjet

  • O2switch

  • AmazonSES

  • Postmark

  • Cloudmark

  • Hostgator

2️⃣ Forgot to set this before starting your campaign?

➡️ On the last step of your campaign called "Settings", click on "Select an email address" and select "Configure your email provider first"

➡️ Choose your email provider from the list (same as in the previous step)

➡️ Select your account and allow it to connect to lemlist

➡️ Save the changes in the top right corner

➡️ Go back to your campaign, press "Edit" and "Select an email address" again

➡️ Your email address should appear, select it
