DNS Records; Everything You Need to Know for Better Email Deliverability

If you're sending emails for marketing, sales, or any other purpose, you need to make sure they're delivered to your recipients' inboxes. But how do you ensure that your emails make it past spam filters and other obstacles? One of the most important things you can do is manage your DNS records.

What to do when you see an issue?

Go to:

"Reports", then "Health", then "DNS checks"

The click to refresh DNS Checks:

This will show your DNS records check:

If "All good" then just sit back and enjoy lemlisting.

If you see an issue with DMARC, DKIM or SPF:

1. Contact your domain provider

Your DNS settings are managed by your domain provider, such as GoDaddy, Squarespace, or Namecheap. You can usually find your DNS settings in your provider's settings or control panel. If you're not sure where to find them, your provider's support team can help.
