Your sales team is growing, and you want to add new teammates to send emails, collaborate on campaigns, and track results together? You’re in the right place 🚀

This guide will show you exactly how to invite teammates to your lemlist workspace, whether they already have an account or are brand new.


Invite a Teammate

To add a new member to your team:

  1. Go to your Settings in lemlist.

  2. Click Invite Teammate.

  3. Enter their email address and send the invitation.

If your teammate doesn’t yet have a lemlist account, they’ll be prompted to create one when accepting your invite.

Once they’ve created their account, they’ll see the invitation appear directly on their dashboard — it looks like this 👇


For Existing lemlist Users

If your teammate already uses lemlist, they won’t need to create a new account.
Instead, they’ll get a notification bell alert 🔔 inviting them to join your team.

All they need to do is click Accept Invitation, and they’ll instantly become part of your workspace.
