Go to lemlist Settings – Click on your profile icon and navigate to Settings.
Select the "Domains" Tab – This is where you can manage and purchase new domains and email addresses.
Click "Buy a Domain" – lemlist will display available domain options.
Choose Your Domain Name – Type the domain you want and check the availability
Set Up Your Email – After purchasing the domain, configure an email address (e.g., [email protected]).
Confirm and Complete Payment – Follow the checkout process to finalise your purchase.

Outlook: Between $9 to $25 per month per account.
Google: Between $6 and $40 per month per account.
Other providers with serious offers (antispam, SPF, DKIM, etc.): Between $4 and $20 per month per account.

Additionally, domains and emails must be purchased together; standalone email address purchases without a domain are not permitted. Similarly, email addresses cannot be purchased for domains acquired outside of lemlist, such as those from Shopify or other platforms.

🧾 Cancel Email Plans
Go to Settings → Buy domains & emails in the left-hand menu.
Click on Settings next to the domain you want to manage (e.g.,
lemlisters.com).
In the pop-up, expand the Other settings section.
Under Billing, find the Email addresses section.
Click the red “Cancel all email plans” link.
This will stop the monthly billing for the email addresses tied to this domain.
🔁 Cancel Domain Auto-Renew
In the same Other settings section (under Billing), find Domain auto-renew.
Toggle the blue switch off.
This stops the domain from renewing automatically on the next cycle (e.g., 29 Nov 2025 in your case).

Yes! If you already have an email address, you can connect it to lemlist:
Go to "Sending Settings" in your lemlist account.
