Plan Breakdown (What You Get)

Email

Best for teams running cold email outreach who want unlimited users and senders at a cost that scales with sending volume, not headcount.

  • Users: Unlimited

  • Sending addresses: Unlimited senders per account

  • Email warmup: Included by default (built into lemlist)

  • Contacts: Unlimited

  • Sending limit: Monthly email cap (team-wide, across campaigns, inbox, and contact panel) determined by your selected tier

  • Not available on this plan: Phone numbers, WhatsApp, calling minutes, LinkedIn actions, additional email slots

What happens when you hit your sending limit: Active campaigns pause automatically. Your team admin receives an email notification. A pop-up appears at the next login with options to upgrade to a higher tier.

Upgrading tiers: Takes effect immediately. Your sending limit resets to 0 under the new tier. You are charged the full amount of the new tier minus the unused pro rata from the current billing period. The billing cycle date updates.

Downgrading tiers: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued.

Important: The Email plan and Multichannel Expert plan cannot be used in the same team. If you need both, create a separate lemlist team for each.


Multichannel Expert

Best for multichannel campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls) and scaling outreach workflows.

Important: All connected sending addresses must belong to the same person ("1 account = 1 person" rule). Misuse may result in suspension or disconnection.


Enterprise

Troubleshooting / Common Questions

Issue: I want a free trial but don't see one.
Root cause: The 14-day free trial is only available on the Multichannel Expert plan. The Email plan does not include a free trial.
Fix: Select Multichannel Expert and start the trial from the pricing/signup flow.

Issue: My campaigns stopped sending mid-month.
Root cause: Your team reached the monthly sending limit on the Email plan.
Fix: Log in. A pop-up will appear with upgrade options. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately. Your sending limit resets to 0 under the new tier, and you are charged the full amount of the new tier minus unused pro rata from the current period.

Issue: I downgraded to a lower Email tier but I'm still on the higher limit.
Root cause: Email plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately.
Fix: No action needed. The lower tier will activate automatically at the next renewal. No pro-rata refund is issued.

Issue: Can multiple people share one lemlist account by adding their email addresses?
Root cause: lemlist enforces a strict "1 account = 1 person" policy on Multichannel Expert and Enterprise.
Fix: Only connect sending addresses that belong to the same individual. Misuse may result in suspension, termination, or disconnection of email addresses. The Email plan supports unlimited users. Each person should have their own user seat.

Issue: I want to use both the Email plan and Multichannel Expert in the same team.
Root cause: Having both plans active in the same team is not supported.
Fix: Create a separate lemlist team for each plan. Each team operates independently.

Issue: I need Enterprise but I'm under 5 seats.
Root cause: Enterprise requires a minimum of 5 seats and is billed annually.
Fix: Start with the Email plan or Multichannel Expert, or contact Sales to discuss options.

Issue: I'm an existing Email Pro customer. Do I need to switch to the new Email plan?
Root cause: The Email plan is for new customers only. Email Pro is not being discontinued for existing subscribers.
