Note: Pricing is increasing by $10/user/month for new customers from February 5th. Existing customers keep their current pricing unless they change plan or churn and renew. Takes about 5 minutes.

  • Choose Email Pro if your outreach is primarily cold email and you want strong deliverability, personalization, and integrations.

  • Choose Multichannel Expert if you want to add LinkedIn actions and calling to improve reply rates through multichannel sequences.

Step-by-Step: Pick a Plan

  1. Review the three plans and what they include: Email Pro, Multichannel Expert, and Enterprise

  2. Confirm pricing and purchase options (pricing increase from February 5th, applies to new customers only):

    • Email Pro:

      • Existing customers: $69/user/month

      • New customers (after February 5th): $79/user/month

    • Multichannel Expert:

      • Existing customers: $99/user/month

      • New customers (after February 5th): $109/user/month

    • Enterprise: Custom pricing (annual only, minimum 5 seats)

    Important: Existing customers can still upgrade/downgrade their seat count at their current price. If an existing customer changes plan (for example, Email Pro → Multichannel Expert) or churns and renews, the subscription will be on the new pricing.

  3. Choose your billing frequency (if applicable): monthly, quarterly, or yearly for Email Pro and Multichannel Expert.

    • Quarterly: 10% discount

    • Yearly: 20% discount

Troubleshooting / Common Questions

Issue: I want a free trial but don’t see one.
Root cause: The 14-day free trial is available on the Multichannel Expert plan.
Fix: Select Multichannel Expert and start the trial from the pricing/signup flow.

Issue: I need more sending addresses than my plan allows.
Root cause: Email Pro supports 3 sending addresses; Multichannel Expert supports 5.
Fix: You can purchase additional sending address slots at $9/month per email address, or upgrade your plan if you also need multichannel features.

Issue: Can multiple people share one lemlist account if we add their email addresses?
Root cause: lemlist enforces a strict “1 account = 1 person” policy.
Fix: Only connect sending addresses that belong to the same individual. Misuse (for example, connecting different people’s email addresses) may result in suspension, termination, or disconnection of email addresses.

Issue: I’m an existing customer. Will I pay the new price if I add/remove seats?
Root cause: Seat count changes are allowed at your current pricing for existing subscriptions.
Fix: You can upgrade/downgrade your seat count without moving to the new pricing. If you change plan or churn and renew, you’ll be on the new pricing (Email Pro: $79/user/month, Multichannel Expert: $109/user/month, early Feb and after).

Issue: I need Enterprise but I’m under 5 seats.
Root cause: Enterprise requires a minimum of 5 seats and is purchased on an annual basis.
Fix: Start with Email Pro or Multichannel Expert, or contact Sales to discuss options.
