The Sales floor is a virtual sales floor for your calling team. You see each rep's numbers live during their dialer sessions, follow the team against today's goal, and listen in to coach a rep while the call is still happening. You no longer need to wait for end-of-day reports to know how calling went.
Limitations
The Sales floor shows reps who call in dialer sessions. Reps need a Power Dialer or Parallel Dialer seat.
Prerequisites
Your reps have a Power Dialer or Parallel Dialer seat. See Call up to 5 leads at once with a Parallel Dialer or Power Dialer session.
Phase 1: Create a floor
Go to Calls → Sales floor.
Click Create floor.
Enter a Floor name and pick an emoji.
In Teammates, click Select teammates. Selected teammates move to this floor.
Choose the Timezone. Daily goals and activity use this timezone.
In Daily goal, choose the call status the team works toward each day, for example Connected, or keep No daily goal.
Click Create floor.
✅ Verify: the floor appears on the Sales floor page with the number of teammates online.
To change a floor later, open it and click Edit floor.
Phase 2: Follow your team live
On the Sales floor page, click a floor to open it.
Read the floor's numbers for the selected date: Calls, Connected, Connect rate and Call outcomes.
Use the status tabs to see who is doing what: All, In call, Voicemail, Dialing, Wrap-up and Idle.
In the table, follow each Teammate, the Contact and Company they are calling, their Status, and their Calls and Connected counts. The table works as the floor's leaderboard.
Phase 3: Listen in and coach a rep
While a rep is on a call, you can listen to the call as it happens and send the rep a tip. The prospect never hears your tip, and the rep sees that you are listening.
Practical example
A sales manager creates a floor named Outbound crew with the five SDRs who call every morning, sets the timezone to the team's office and the daily goal to Connected. During the morning session, the manager opens the floor, filters on In call, listens to a new rep's conversation and sends a tip on how to handle an objection, without the prospect hearing it.
Troubleshooting and pitfalls
Issue: A rep doesn't appear as active on the floor
Root cause: the rep is not on this floor, or is not in a dialer session.
Open the floor, click Edit floor, and check the rep is part of it.
Check the rep has a Power Dialer or Parallel Dialer seat and has started a session.
Issue: Today's numbers look wrong
Root cause: the floor's timezone doesn't match your team's working day.
Click Edit floor and set the Timezone your team works in.
