How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, on the top right corner click on your account image, go to Plans and Billing:
Click on the Manage button
Click the « Cancel your current plan » button.
Is it possible to reverse my cancellation if I have a change of heart?
Unfortunately, that's not an option. You will need to wait for the final cancellation day to arrive before renewing your plan.
Please be aware that once your plan concludes, you won't have access to your campaigns; lemlist will be inaccessible. However, rest assured that upon your return to a paid plan, all your previous work will be readily available.
