Imagine you launched your campaign. All your leads received your 1st email and will soon receive their 1st follow-up email (let's say within 4 days).
So far so good 🤷
But... All of a sudden you receive an auto-reply from one of your leads saying "Sorry I will be back in 11 days" 🙀
No worries! Just pause the lead for 11 days 😃
After 11 days, un-pause the lead so he'll pick up where he left off 👍
How?
➡️ Go to the Lead List section of the campaign
➡️ Select lead that you want to pause and hit the Pause button
➡️ You will get a success message confirming your lead was paused:
🎊 Tips: Set yourself a reminder to un-pause your lead in due time. The same process as above but you'll have a "Unpause" button instead of a "Pause" one 💌
