TL;DR
Change your display name in Gmail, then refresh it in lemlist: Settings → Sending settings → Settings next to your sender → Refresh.
Why This Matters
lemlist pulls your sender name directly from Gmail. Keeping this name consistent across tools helps contacts recognize you more easily and can improve reply rates.
Step-by-Step Guide
Update Your Name in Gmail
Log into your Gmail account.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select "See all settings".
In the "Settings" menu, go to the Accounts tab.
Click "Edit info" next to the email address (or alias) whose display name you want to change.
Set your desired display name.
Click "Save Changes".
Sync Your New Name in lemlist
In lemlist: Settings → Sending settings → Settings next to email → Refresh
Click in your name and then Settings.
Select sending settings and click on the email section
Click the "Settings" button next to the email address you’ve connected (the one you just edited in Gmail).
Click the "Refresh" button to pull the latest sender name from Gmail.
After refreshing, you should see your updated name displayed next to your email address.
Troubleshooting / Pitfalls
Change not showing: wait a few minutes, then click Refresh again in lemlist.
Multiple aliases: make sure you edited the correct From address in Gmail (the same one connected as your sender in lemlist).
