⚠️ Note: Filters must be created under "Persons" in Pipedrive—not "Organizations" or other categories.
Importing Leads to Your Campaign
Once connected, importing leads from Pipedrive into lemlist is simple:
Start a New Campaign
Choose Your Filter
💡 Pro Tip: For every new lead added to Pipedrive, update the custom field with the appropriate campaign name to keep things organized!
To make sure you have all necessary information needed for your outreach, during the import you can enrich your leads using the lemlist enriching options: find verified emails, find phone numbers, find Linkedin profile or verify existing emails.
Adding Leads to an Existing Campaign
Need to add more leads to an ongoing campaign? Here’s how:
Open your lemlist campaign.
Go to the Lead List section.
Refresh the list automatically or click Refresh Now to pull new leads from Pipedrive.
You can now bring leads from multiple sources into one campaign — easily combine imports from your CRM, a CSV file, LinkedIn, and more!
Automating Deal Creation in Pipedrive
Want to create a deal in Pipedrive when a prospect engages with your emails? Follow these steps:
Open your lemlist campaign and go to Settings .
Under CRM Integrations, set up triggers for actions such "Crete deals when lead is marked as intersted in lemlist " and/or "Create deals when a new task is created in lemlist"
Managing Lead Activities
By default, lemlist logs all lead activities (emails sent, opened, clicked, replied) in Pipedrive as notes.
Sync Emails with Pipedrive Using BCC
Syncing emails ensures all communications are logged in Pipedrive. Here’s how to set it up:
In Pipedrive
Go to Company Settings > Email Sync > Smart Email BCC Address.
Copy your Smart BCC address.
In lemlist
And that’s it! Emails sent from lemlist will now appear in Pipedrive automatically.
