How to connect lemlist to Pipedrive?

Step 1. Go to lemlist - Settings - Integrations and connect your Pipedrive with lemlist 😊

Step 2. Go to Pipedrive - Settings - Data fields - add custom filed - name it campaign, that way when you add a person you will be able to choose the name of the campaign (that you created in lemlist) where you want that lead to be imported 😊

Step 3. Go to you Pipedrive account under the Contacts section - choose People

⚠️ Be careful

If your filters are not shown in your campaign, make sure that you’ve created them in Pipedrive under β€˜PERSONS’ (and not organizations, deals, contact timeline, activities)

You will need to choose a name of the filter and the condition, for example, name of the filter - Outbound (Show people that match ALL of these conditions: Person - Campaign - is - Outbound (is the name of your campaign)) then add a Person (under person's details - in the filed Campaign that you created in Step 2 add the name of the campaign in which you want that person to be and under which filter (in our example it is Outbound) and create a label (you can choose whatever name you want for the filter and the label (label is optional so you can better organize your leads in Pipedrive). πŸ‘‡

How to import leads to your campaign?

As soon as your Pipedrive is connected to lemlist, you'll be able to import leads from Pipedrive when starting a new campaign.

You can do it by selecting the name of your Pipedrive's filters and click Next in the upper right corner.πŸ‘‡

Now, all your leads from the Pipedrive under the chosen filter will be imported to your campaign. πŸ₯³

lemlister tip πŸ’‘: When you add a person to the Pipedrive, don't forget to add your campaign's name in Campaign field. For each person added, pick the most appropriated Campaign's name and add your lead to it. (In our example it is Outbound). 😊

How to import leads to a launched campaign

How to handle lead's activities ?

By default, all activities of leads (email sent, opened, clicked, replied, same for Linkedin steps) are added in your lead's file inside your CRM in the form of notes.

If you check that option, no activities will be added:

Note that you cannot choose to add some type of activities and not others, it's either all of them, or none of them.

How to add BCC Pipedrive's email address πŸš°πŸ“¨

Adding a BCC email address can be useful to forward all emails lemlist sends to your Pipedrive. Here's how to do it:

πŸ‘‰ Go to Pipedrive under Settings,

πŸ‘‰ Pick Email sync then Smart email BCC address,

πŸ‘‰ Add your Smart BCC address to the Bcc line when emailing a lead to automatically copy your emails to Pipedrive.

lemlister tip πŸ’‘ You can also choose an alternative email address for Smart BCC as well. 😊 Under Automatic linking to deals, you can choose if you want to do it manually or automatically. (recommendation - automatically).
