The Cockpit is your central control hub for managing all teams, users, roles, billing, and settings in lemlist agency accounts. Go to Profile Menu โ Cockpit to access team management and billing details in one place. Takes about 2 minutes to navigate and understand.

Agency admins managing multiple client teams or workspaces

Operations managers who need centralized visibility across all teams and billing
If you're working as a Member without Admin permissions, you won't have access to the Cockpit.

This is crucial when onboarding clients, tracking costs per team, or ensuring the right people have the right access.
How to Access the Cockpit
Click your profile picture in the bottom left corner of lemlist.
Select Cockpit from the dropdown menu.
What You Can Do in the Cockpit
The Cockpit has two main sections:
Manage Teams
View all team members: See everyone across all teams in one list.
Assign or change roles: Set users as Admin, Member, or Extern.
Invite new users: Add teammates with specific roles.
Set up custom tracking domains: Configure unique domains for tracking email clicks and opens per team.
Check integrations: See which LinkedIn accounts are connected and what platforms are integrated.
Teams Billing
View billing for each team: See plans, seats, and monthly costs separated by team.
Separate invoices: Each team gets its own invoice every month for clear cost tracking.
Switching Between Teams
To switch to a different team, use the team selector in the bottom left corner. Click it, then choose the team you want to view or create a new one.
