TL;DR
Access purchased email accounts from lemlist’s Domains area in Settings. From there, you can open the inbox, copy the login password, regenerate the password, and use SMTP/IMAP details to connect the inbox to external clients like Gmail. Expect ~10–15 minutes to set up external access.
Who Should Use This
Users who purchased domains and email accounts through lemlist
Teams needing to access purchased emails outside of lemlist
Anyone configuring email forwarding to Gmail or Outlook
Admins managing multiple email accounts for team members
Why This Matters
Accessing your purchased email accounts lets you manage communications beyond lemlist campaigns. You can check replies in your preferred email client, forward emails to existing accounts, or set up team members with direct inbox access.
Understanding how to retrieve credentials and configure external access gives you flexibility in how you manage outreach responses and maintain consistent communication workflows across tools.
