Logging out prevents others from accessing your campaigns, inbox, and billing settings when you’re away from your device. It’s also a quick way to reset your session if the app behaves unexpectedly.
Disclaimer: Logging out of lemlist will break your LinkedIn connection. If you have LinkedIn connected to lemlist, you’ll need to reconnect it after you log back in.
Prerequisites
You’re currently logged in to lemlist in your browser.
Step-by-step: How to log out
Open your account menu.
In the bottom-left corner of the app, click your name/profile area (the account section in the left sidebar).Click the log out icon.
In the menu that opens, select the Log out option (the icon highlighted in the screenshot).
Tip: If you manage multiple workspaces or accounts, logging out is the cleanest way to sign into a different account—especially if your browser is autofilling credentials.
Troubleshooting
You don’t see the Log out option.
Make sure you clicked your name/profile area in the bottom-left of the sidebar (not a workspace name or another menu).You clicked Log out but you’re still logged in.
Refresh the page. If you still appear logged in, clear your browser cache/cookies for lemlist and try again.
