First, keep in mind that 1 user = 1 account = 1 sender email address. 😊
If you want to be able to add a different email address to your campaigns, you need to create a team. 🤝
👫 Here are the steps:
1️⃣ Add as many seats as you need in SETTINGS - PLANS & BILLING - « Number of seats » of your current plan.
👉 Please note that YOU will be billed since the price is per user = per sender email address.
2️⃣ Add the email address to invite the user to your team - you can do this in each section just simply click on "Invite user(s)"
👉 Don't forget to add a lovely "Team profile picture" in the top right corner 😉
👉 you can also do it from Team Settings - User management and then hit "Invite user(s)" button
3️⃣ You will have to set up the email provider for the new "user".
📌 If they already have a lemlist account, they will be automatically added to your team.
📌 If not, they will receive an email invitation.
