As you may know, until recently, the main rule was that 1 user in lemlist equals to 1 account which is essentially 1 email address.
With the introduction of the new plans, this has changed significantly ๐๐ผ
Now you are able to connect 3, 5 or even 15 sending addresses under the same account!
Yes, you read that right! ๐
If you are subscribed to the Email Pro plan, you are able to connect 3 different sending addresses under 1 account as long as they come from the same person ๐๐ผ
If you are using the Multichannel Expert plan you are able to connect up to 5 sending addresses!
And, of course, the best one comes in the end, the Outreach Scale plan that allows you to reach out to your leads from 15 sending addresses for the price of just one account! How amazing is that?! ๐คฏ
Please note that these addresses have to come from the same person ๐ค
Here is how you can add more sending addresses to your account
1. Click on your image in the top right corner and choose Settings ๐๐ผ
2. Head over to the Sending settings and choose to Connect new email address
3. Then simply connect the new email address based on the email provider:
โIf you are on the Email Starter plan or you simply wish to add a different person that will do the outreach as well, please note that you would have to add a new account to your team.
Here's the procedure on adding a new email address in that case:
Go to the Plans and Billing section and choose to Manage plan, then choose how many seats you want to add
Please be aware that you will be billed for all seats, as the pricing is structured on a per-user basis, representing each sender's email address.
2. To invite a user to your team, simply add their email address. You can accomplish this in each section by clicking on the "Invite user(s) button.
And don't overlook the opportunity to include a charming "Team profile picture" under the Cockpit.
Additionally, you have the option to do this through Cockpit. Just navigate to Manage teams and click on the "Invite user(s)" button.
Next, the invited user will need to accept the invite.
If the user already has a lemlist account, they will be seamlessly added to your team.
If not, they will receive an invitation.
Once the new user creates an account, they will need to connect the user's email provider. And here you can check how.
