You must connect it through SMTP/IMAP.
To find this option, go to 'Settings.'
Then to 'Sending settings' and click on 'Connect new email addresses.'
You will see the option 'Other email provider,' click on the connect button:
Then click on advanced settings:

If the standard email server address doesn’t work, you can use the format:
mail.yourdomain.com or secureXXX.sgcpanel.com
Replace XXX with the actual number of your hosting server.
To find your server number: log in to your SiteGround account, navigate to Site Tools > Email > Accounts, and check your server configuration under Mail Configuration.
For example:
If your account is hosted on
siteground164.com, usesecure164.sgcpanel.com.
Alternatively, the domain-specific format like mail.yourdomain.com may also work and is preferred for many configurations.
