Updated today

Hey there!

Integrating your SiteGround email with lemlist is simple. Here’s everything you need to know to get started, plus a detailed step-by-step guide.

You must connect it through SMTP/IMAP.

To find this option, go to 'Settings.'

Then to 'Sending settings' and click on 'Connect new email addresses.'

You will see the option 'Other email provider,' click on the connect button:

Then click on advanced settings:

And enter the values.

SMTP and IMAP Values

SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)

  • Login: Your full SiteGround email address (e.g., [email protected])

  • Password: Your SiteGround email password

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name)

  • Port: 465 (SSL enabled),

IMAP (Incoming Mail Server)

  • Login: Your full SiteGround email address

  • Password: Your SiteGround email password

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com

  • Port: 993 (SSL enabled)

If the standard email server address doesn’t work, you can use the format:

mail.yourdomain.com or secureXXX.sgcpanel.com

  • Replace XXX with the actual number of your hosting server.

  • To find your server number: log in to your SiteGround account, navigate to Site Tools > Email > Accounts, and check your server configuration under Mail Configuration.

For example:

  • If your account is hosted on siteground164.com, use secure164.sgcpanel.com.

Alternatively, the domain-specific format like mail.yourdomain.com may also work and is preferred for many configurations.

This ensures the setup is tailored to your specific hosting environment.
