Depending on your sequence, a task is automatically created when the time has come to:
answer an email or a LinkedIn message
call a prospect
perform a manual task (e.g. go check and comment on the last LinkedIn post of a prospect)
From the Editor section of the campaign, you can even choose to create a task when:
a prospect clicked on the link in your email and/or,
a prospect replied to your email
How do I create a task?
π Go to the Settings section of your campaign by clicking on βοΈ, then access General settings of the campaign
πChoose if you want to create a task when a lead replies to you, click on any link within your email or on a specific link.
Automated processes can significantly reduce your workload, yet certain tasks require your personal touch to seal the deal. π€
In order to create a reminder when it's time to execute the manual task or call your prospect, you can add a manual step within your campaign.
Simply create a campaign and from the Steps, choose Manual task or a Call task.
They will both create a task in the Tasks section as a reminder for you to complete this step π€
