TL;DR
Go to Plans & Billing, click the pen icon next to Billing Information, then enter your new card details and confirm your billing address (including Country) to replace your current card. You can only delete a card if your subscription has been cancelled and the cancellation period is over. Takes 2–3 minutes.

Why This Matters
Keeping your payment information current prevents service interruptions. If your card expires or gets declined, lemlist pauses your subscription until payment succeeds.
Updating payment details also ensures uninterrupted access to campaigns, team seats, and lemwarm. If you want to remove a card entirely, this is only possible once your subscription has been cancelled and the cancellation period has ended.
How to Change or Delete Your Credit Card
Click your profile picture in the bottom left corner and select Plans & Billing
Click the pen icon next to Billing Information
If your subscription is still active, you cannot delete your current card. Instead, enter your new card number, expiration date, and CVC in Card details, then confirm your Billing address, including the required Country field, and click Update. This replaces your existing card with the new one
Important: Cards cannot be deleted while a subscription is active. You can only add a new card to replace the old one.
If your subscription has already been cancelled and the cancellation period is over, you can remove the card by clicking the trash icon and then Update
Your new payment method is now active if you replaced the card. If your subscription has fully ended, the card can be removed completely.
