Need to remove a step from your sequence? Here’s how:
Steps to delete a sequence step
➡️ Open your campaign and navigate to the "Sequence" section.
➡️ Locate the step you wish to delete, click on the three dots next to it, and select "Delete this step".
💡 Important Note:
You cannot delete a step if your campaign has already been launched or if at least one lead has already been contacted.
