How to Add a Call to Your Sequence:
Create a New Sequence: When building your campaign sequence, select "Call" as a step whenever you want to connect with your prospect directly by phone.
Automatic Task Creation: Once your lead reaches the "Call" step in the sequence, lemlist will automatically generate a task in your Tasks section, making it easy for you to stay on top of your outreach efforts.
What is the Tasks Section?
The Tasks section is where you can manage all your campaign tasks and upcoming calls. It’s a hub in lemlist where you can track your leads and opportunities, ensuring you never miss an important action.

Aircall Integration: How It Works 📲
To use the Aircall integration with lemlist, you’ll need at least 3 seats on your Aircall account. Once you’ve set that up, here's how you can start calling your leads:
Access Your Tasks: Go to your Tasks section and click on the phone icon at the top of the screen.
Make a Call: An Aircall pop-up will appear, allowing you to make a call directly from lemlist.
Track Your Results: After your call, you can mark your prospect’s status by selecting one of the following options:
Interested (❤️): Mark this if the prospect is engaged, and the sequence will stop for them.
Not Interested (👎): Mark this if the deal is lost, and the sequence will stop for this lead.
How does Aircall integration work?
First things first, note that to use the Aircall integration you need to have at least 3 seats on your Aircall account.
After that it's super simple:
➡️ Go to your Tasks and click on the phone at the top of your screen:
➡️ An Aircall pop-up will show, and you'll be able to call your lead directly from that window.
➡️ If you managed to reach your prospect you can either:
Mark your prospect as Interested, that means the deal has been won and the sequence will stop for that prospect.
Mark your prospect as Not Interested, that means the deal has been lost and the sequence will stop for that prospect.
✔️ Here are some additional options available in the Tasks section:
No Answer?: If you complete a call but your prospect didn’t answer, click "Done". This will push the prospect to the next step in the sequence, allowing the campaign to continue.
💡 lemlist Tip: When you add a call to your sequence, you can start the following email with, "I tried to reach you yesterday but..." This adds a personal touch to your outreach.
Delegate to a Colleague: If one of your colleagues already knows the prospect, you can easily "Assign" the task to them. The call will be removed from your list and added to theirs.
Postpone the Call: If you need to reschedule, you can "Snooze" the task, so it won’t appear in your task list during the selected interval.
Unsubscribe Prospect: If your prospect requests to be removed from your list, simply "Unsubscribe" them, and they will no longer receive any communication from you.
