➡️ Go to your campaign.

➡️ Add an email step

➡️ Use the tool bat and click on "Add personalisation"

➡️ Pick "Custom Image"

➡️ Choose your template or create your own.

➡️ Start to "Add element" and choose "Text"

➡️ You can write anything you'd like and add it to your image template:
