4. Phone Number Finder

Manage enrichment from the Enrichment tab
Enrichment now has its own dedicated tab in lemlist, where you can track and manage all your enrichment sources in one place.
Open Enrichment from the left sidebar to access the dashboard
At the top of the page, you can monitor your overall enrichment performance by source type, including emails found, phone numbers found, emails verified, and LinkedIn profiles found
Use the search bar, creation date filter, status filter, type filter, source filter, or Enrich new leads button to quickly find or launch enrichments
In the table, you can review each enrichment source, its processing status, number of leads, and the results for each enrichment type
Hover over a row and click Show details to open the full enrichment results for that source
Inside the details panel, you can review lead-level enrichment outcomes, including email, deliverability, phone, LinkedIn URL, and status
Understanding email verification statuses
When emails are verified (via Email Finder & Verifier or Email Verification), lemlist assigns a deliverability status:
Deliverable:
Email address exists and is confirmed by the recipient's email provider
Safe to send messages
Risky:
Email may result in bounce or low engagement
Common subtypes include Accept All, Full Mailbox, and Disposable
Generic prefixes such as admin@, info@, contact@, sales@, and noreply@ are often classified as undeliverable due to their high likelihood of bounces.
Undeliverable:
Email address doesnât exist or is syntactically incorrect
Will bounce if you attempt to send
Email addresses with generic prefixes like admin@, info@, contact@, sales@, and noreply@ are also often undeliverable.
Unknown:
No response received from the email provider
Status remains uncertain; consider re-verifying later
Why verification matters: High bounce rates damage your email reputation. Verification helps prevent bounces so your future emails are less likely to be filtered to spam.
Configure custom enrichment providers
Some teams can connect their own data provider accounts (Lusha, Apollo) for enrichment:
1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Connect your Lusha or Apollo account with your API credentials
3. When enriching, lemlist will use your custom provider credentials preferentially
Credit billing for enrichment
Credits used for enrichment are charged to the user who performed the action. This applies when:
Importing contacts from CRM contact lists
Enriching via CRM extension
Performing enrichment actions in lemlist
Practical application (recommended workflow)
For a typical outbound campaign, a cost-efficient sequence is:
First: Run LinkedIn Enrichment (low cost) to fill job titles and company info.
Then: Run Email Finder & Verifier for contacts youâll actually message.
Finally: Use Phone Number Finder only for high-value targets where a call is worth the credit cost.
GDPR Compliance Considerations
Users of lemlist must ensure that all prospect data collection and use comply with applicable privacy laws, such as GDPR. This includes verifying that data imported from sources like LinkedIn aligns with regulations and auditing practices regularly to maintain compliance.
