So, when you want to decrease the number of seats for lemlist and lemwarm you need to do it on both platforms.
Step 1: Under "Plans & Billing" then "Manage Plan"
if you want to have the same number of seats in lemlist and lemwarm - first downgrade the number of seats in lemwarm and then in lemlist
lemwarm - Manage plan
select monthly or yearly payment

chose the plan and hit the "Downgrade" button
Step 2: Adjust the number of seats in lemlist: Under "Plans & Billing" - "Manage plan"
select monthly or yearly payment

chose the plan and hit the "Downgrade" button
Once you have downgraded we will prorate you on the next invoice - once the new billing cycle starts, and that's it 😊
Warning: If you choose to downgrade the number of seats first in lemlist and then in lemwarm, we will charge you for lemwarm subscription right away, you will get a warning pop-up before you proceed.
Therefore make sure to be aware of your subscription.
P.S. It's super important to pay attention to what type of subscription you choose in lemlist and lemwarm, before you make any changes if it is monthly or yearly.
