To be sure you're adding seats correctly, please follow the instruction below:
When you want to increase the number of seats for lemlist and lemwarm you need to do it on both platforms.
Step 1: Under "Plans & Billing" - increase the number of seats in lemlist first.
Click on your photo in the top right corner and choose Plans & Billing
Click on "Manage plan"
Type in the wanted number of seats or use the "+" button and click on "Upgrade"
Step 2: Change the number of seats in lemwarm: still in the "Plans & Billing" section:
Click on "Manage plan" and enter the number of seats you'd like, then finally hit "Upgrade".
💡Once you have upgraded we will charge immediately only the difference for the added number of seats, from the moment you have upgraded until your billing cycle ends.
Once the new billing cycle starts we will charge you the full price for each seat.
Warning: if you choose to upgrade the number of seats first in lemwarm first, and then in lemlist - we will charge you for both platforms immediately and prorate you on the next invoice.
💡In case you want only to upgrade the number of seats in lemwarm. - just upgrade in lemwarm and we will immediately charge you.
💡It is super important to be aware of what type of subscription you choose in lemlist and lemwarm, before you make any changes, if it is monthly or yearly, as the charge will be automatically pulled so you won't get shocked 😊
