All lead statuses (email sent, opened, clicked, replied, same for Linkedin steps) will be stored immediately as NOTES inside the corresponding contact in your HubSpot:
Please be aware that you cannot selectively add specific types of lead statuses -activities; it's an all-or-nothing scenario.
The integration includes all the listed statuses or none at all.
