How to schedule the launch of my campaign?
Updated over 2 months ago

In the fast-paced digital landscape, effective outreach relies on careful planning and timing. With the ability to schedule campaigns in advance, you can strategically map out your outreach efforts, whether preparing for the upcoming quarter or organizing follow-up campaigns after holiday breaks. 😎

👉 How to schedule the launch of the campaign?

To schedule the launch of your leads, you need to go to the Launch section of your campaign and check the leads under To launch:

Then click on the arrow at the bottom next to the "Launch for x leads" and choose to Schedule launch

Choose the date and time when you want to launch it:

Once leads are scheduled, they will be moved from the “To launch” tab to the “Launched” tab.

🤩 After scheduling the leads, if no leads are left in the “To launched” section, the page will automatically move to the “Launched” section.

To check when each lead is scheduled to be sent, you can hover over the Scheduled note 😎

You can schedule the launch for each lead individually 👇

You can also schedule it for a couple of leads at once 👇

Simply mark the leads you want, click on the arrow at the bottom or on the 3 dots next to the filters and schedule the launch for just those leads.

👉 How to unschedule the launch of the campaign?

If plans change, you can easily unschedule the launch for specific leads. There’s no confirmation popup after clicking “unschedule launch,” making the process straightforward.

Simply, click on the 3 dots next to the lead and unschedule the launch.

To unschedule the launch for multiple leads at the same time, select the leads and click on the 3 dots and choose this option. 👇

👉 You can use the filters to show only leads with certain campaign statuses. This allows you to easily track specific leads, add personalization for leads who haven’t received the campaign yet, and more.

Leads in the “Launched” section are organized by campaign status, helping you prioritize your outreach:

  1. Scheduled

  2. Ready to Send

  3. In Progress

  4. Paused

  5. Completed

With these scheduling capabilities, you can optimize your outreach strategies, ensuring timely and effective communication with your audience. 🤩🙌🏼

We hope you will love it! 😻
