Campaign Settings

The settings are under this icon:

The options available:

In General Settings you can:

  1. Add tags: This is optional.

  2. Stop the campaign for people that: Replied to an email or LN message, Booked a lemcal meeting, Clicked on a link. You will also have the option to pause leads from the same company.

  3. Create a new task when people: Reply to an email or Click on a link.

  4. Share your campaign: Only people with the link will be able to view your campaign steps and duplicate them in their account.

In Tracking Settings you can select if you want to track:

  1. Emails opens.

  2. Link clicks.

  3. Replies.

To be able to accurately track and see email clicks, you must set a Custom Tracking Domain.

Under Schedules you can edit the current schedule and add multiple ones.

To edit the current one, click on the 3 dots:

Important: Only the days you select as sending ones, will be counted in the delays you set in your sequence, between steps.

Ex: If you have selected only Mon-Wed as send days, the delay will only count them, not all days of the week.

Important: The minute delay you set is valid only for new leads, meaning first steps in your campaigns. The rest will be sent according to delays, limits, actions etc.

Launch

To launch your campaign, you first need to launch your leads.

This is where you can make final edits for a specific prospect. If you choose to customise steps for a specific lead, the changes will only be active for this lead.

You can review emails one-by-one or all of them immediately.

You can schedule a launch too if you would like to launch them but not immediately.

To open up this option, just click on the arrow pointing down:

This will open this pop-up window:

If a mistake happens, what you can do is reverse launch your leads if they have not already started with the campaign.
