TL;DR
Leave a team by going to Cockpit → Manage teams, selecting the team, clicking the three dots next to your name, and choosing Remove user. You can't leave if you're the only member. Switch teams using the team selector in the bottom left. Takes 1 minute.

Why This Matters
Leaving unnecessary teams keeps your workspace organized and prevents confusion when switching between accounts. If you're in multiple teams, you might accidentally work in the wrong workspace or see campaigns that don't belong to you.
Understanding how to leave teams also helps when transitioning between trial and paid accounts, or when ending temporary access to client workspaces.
How to Leave a Team
Click the team name in the bottom left corner, then select Cockpit
In Cockpit, click Manage teams, then select the team you want to leave
Click the three dots next to your name, then choose Remove user
Important: You cannot leave a team if you're the only member. You must either invite another user first or contact support to delete the team entirely.
How to Switch Between Teams
If you belong to multiple teams, you can switch between them without leaving:
Click the team name in the bottom left corner, then select the team you want to switch to from the dropdown
lemlist immediately loads the selected team's workspace, campaigns, and leads.
