Reply to an email from the Tasks section
👉 Select the Tasks section from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of your page, it will open up a list of tasks.
👉 Once you select the task that you're interested in, you will be able to click the button "mail" . It will allow you to reply to the selected lead directly from there.
