👉 Once you choose the lead you want to respond to, you can start typing the response bellow:

You can also choose to open the whole email tab:

If you have contacted this lead through LinkedIn in your campaign, you can send them a LinkedIn message from the Inbox section as well 😊

All their further responses will be shown in the Inbox section.
