Here's my simple recipe to plug most CRM products to lemlist, since most of them can ingest emails that you send into their platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc).
Here's how it works:
lemlist lets you set up a BCC setting for your team.
You can do it by specifying a BCC email address, which means that all emails lemlist sent will be received by the CRM.
Here are the two steps to follow to do it:
1️⃣ Go to your favorite CRM and find the special address.
2️⃣ In the app go to Settings ➡️ Integrations. Scroll down to the BCC section and enter the email the CRM gave you.
