One of the most important things you can do to protect your email deliverability and health is maintain your sending limits.

To make sure you're not sending too much, you can set limits on your account.

How?

You can set your own limit for emails and LinkedIn if you:

1️⃣ Go to Settings

2️⃣ Then click on Limits 👇

Here you can set limits on Lemlist in 24h for:

➡️ Max. number of sent emails

➡️ Max. number of LN invites, messages, visits and scans.

Reminder 💡

We recommend sending no more than 100 emails per day in order to protect your deliverability and domain health 🤓

As for Linkedin we suggest having in total 100 actions per day 🌷

Remember that:

1 visit = 1 action
1 invite = 1 action
1 message = 1 action
