This feature provides you with clear insights into the Return on Investment (ROI) you generate from each campaign, giving you the data you need to make smarter decisions and drive better results.

Whether you’re running campaigns for your own business or managing client campaigns as an agency, you can now easily track and report the ROI generated by your outreach efforts.

What Does This Feature Do?

The Revenue Generated metric helps you understand how much potential revenue each campaign is bringing in. By tracking this metric, you can easily determine the effectiveness of your campaigns and present detailed ROI reports to your clients.

Where Can I Activate This Feature?

To activate this feature, simply go to your Settings > Reports. There, you will find the option to turn on the Revenue Generated toggle. Ensure it’s blue, not grey, to activate the feature.

How to Set It Up

  • Average Deal Value: Set this value to match the average price of your product or service once it’s sold.

  • Currency: Choose between USD or EUR.

  • Conversion Rate: This reflects the rate at which leads are converted into paying clients. A common reference rate is 19%, but this can vary based on industry and lead quality.

Can I Override Values for a Specific Campaign?

Yes, you can adjust the Potential Generated Revenue for each campaign. To do this, go to the ⚙️ icon in your campaign settings and click Tracking Settings - Revenue generated to make adjustments.

Can I Set Revenue Generated for a Single Campaign?

Yes, you can disable or enable the Revenue Generated metric at the Campaign Level, regardless of the Team’s settings.

Where Can I Find Potential Generated Revenue?

You can find the Potential Generated Revenue at the top of your campaign report. This metric is updated as soon as you mark leads as Interested.

  • Can I use decimal values for Average Deal Value or Conversion Rate? No, only whole numbers are allowed.

  • What happens if the number of deals calculated is a decimal? The number is rounded to the nearest whole number.

  • Can I set a specific currency for one campaign if my team is set to another? No, the currency for all campaigns will be the same.

  • What if I don’t set any values? If no values are set, Revenue Generated will be displayed as 0, and the Number of Deals will be based on the default conversion rate (20%).
