What does this feature do?

  • It helps you to get a clear vision of the Return on Investment (ROI) you generate from each campaign.

  • If you're an Agency, you can now provide your clients with regular reports and ROI generated from your actions.

📍Where can I activate this feature?

In your Settings > under Reports.

Activate the "Revenue Generated" toggle button by turning it on (ensure it's blue, not grey):

⚙️ How should I set it up?

Average deal value: This value should match the average price of your product or service once it's being sold.

Currency: Choose between USD or EUR

Conversion rate: This metric reflects the rate at which interested leads are transformed into paying clients.

If you're unsure about your specific rate, here's a general reference: HubSpot's 2020 study found that the average conversion rate from leads to customers across all industries was around 19%. Keep in mind that this percentage can significantly differ based on factors like industry type and lead quality.

Can I override my values for a specific campaign?

Yes! in your campaign settings.

Go to your campaign, click on the ⚙️ icon:

Then, go to "Reports" and adjust your "Potential Generated Revenue" for that specific campaign there:

If I disable Revenue Generated at the Team Level, can I set a Revenue Generated for one campaign only?

  • Yes, you can activate or disable the Revenue Generated at the Campaign Level regardless of the Team Settings.

If I deactivate the Revenue setting at the Team Level, will it also deactivate the setting for my particular campaign?

  • If you have already specific Revenue settings at campaign level, the changes you make on Revenue at Team level won’t affect those campaigns. It will only affect new campaigns.

💰 "Where can I find the potential generated revenue?"

First of all, this metric will increase only when you mark leads as Interested.

Then, you can check your potential generated revenue on the top of each campaign report:
