Updated over a month ago

lemlist offers powerful capabilities for creating, sharing, and utilizing campaign templates, both from the lemlist community and within your own team. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to access and leverage these templates to boost your outreach success.πŸ”₯

How Does It Work?

You can:

  • Use top campaign templates from the lemlist community, which are crafted by experienced users and tailored for success.

  • Create and share custom campaign templates within your team, ensuring consistency and efficiency across your outreach efforts.

How to save the campaign as a template?

To save a campaign as a template, click on the three dots next to the campaign and select the "Save campaign as template" option.

or save it directly from the campaign editor.

Entry Points to Access Templates

There are 2 ways to access campaign templates in lemlist:

  1. Dashboard search bar:
You can search for the templates under the search section

  2. Campaign Creation:
When you're in the process of creating a new campaign, you can choose from available templates. This integration ensures that you can kickstart your campaign quickly by leveraging proven sequences.

What Information Does Each Template Contain?

Each template comes packed with essential information to help you make an informed decision. This includes:

  • Title: A descriptive name for the template.

  • Description: A brief explanation of what the template is designed to achieve.

  • Sequence Type: Whether the template is for emails only or includes multichannel sequences.

  • Campaign Stats: Performance metrics showing how the template has performed for others.

  • Sequence Preview: A sneak peek into the email or multichannel steps within the template.

  • Author: The creator of the template.

  • Language (Community Only): The language in which the template is written.

  • Audience Fit (Community Only): Details on who the template is designed for.

  • Target Group (Community Only): Information on the ideal audience for the campaign.

  • Number of Users: How many users have implemented this template in their campaigns.

Editing Templates

At present, direct editing of a template sequence is not available. However, a simple workaround is to create a campaign using the template, make any necessary edits, and save it as a new template.

While templates provide a solid starting point, tailoring them to resonate with your specific audience can significantly boost engagement.

By leveraging the right templates and customizing them to fit your audience, you'll increase your chances of success and make your outreach more effective.πŸš€
