Hey lemlister! 👋

At lemlist, we've dedicated years to mastering the art of email delivery optimisation. Our priority is ensuring that our sending system is unparalleled, ensuring your emails consistently land in the inbox. 🤾‍♂️

When crafting your campaigns, you have the flexibility to set a schedule, specifying the time frame and frequency for lemlist to engage your leads. By default, we align with your timezone's office hours, but if you wish to customize this, please refer to this article for detailed instructions. As experts in email outreach, we're committed to helping you achieve exceptional results.

Scheduling holds significant importance as it empowers you to:

⚡️Specify how fast do you want to reach out to your leads:

The last box under "Send every" provides an estimation. In this instance, lemlist will contact a new lead approximately every 20 minutes.

By new lead we are referring to leads receiving the first step of your campaign.

This estimation specifically applies to the initial step of your sequence, meaning that in this scenario, Lemlist will send the first step every 20 minutes.

Additionally, it offers an estimate of the daily contact capacity based on your scheduling, provided it stays within your sending limit (located in the Settings section under the Limits tab).

⚡️ Specify the timeframe during which you prefer to send your emails.

⚡️ Specify the desired delay between each step within the "Sequence" stage.

Within this timeframe, our sending algorithm dynamically adjusts the email delivery speed and volume based on numerous parameters to optimise your email deliverability and overall performance.

Our primary objective is to offer you a tool that delivers exceptional results.

Consequently, our sending algorithm is designed to safeguard your domain's reputation, which is why the maximum email limit is rarely reached.

However, if you require a higher volume of emails to be sent, you can easily augment the limit to suit your specific needs.

Nonetheless, we strongly advise consulting your provider's best practices for further guidance.

Enjoy!
