How Does it Work?
You can now effortlessly rearrange steps within your campaign sequences. Simply activate the drag and drop button by hovering over the desired step, then click and drag it to your preferred location. Watch as your campaign structure adjusts in real-time, giving you full control over the order of your steps.
❗️We've also implemented some intelligent functionality to streamline the process. When you move a step to the beginning of the sequence, we automatically adjust the waiting time to "immediately." Additionally, if you move a step from the first position to anywhere else, we'll set the waiting time to a default value of 1 day, ensuring smooth transitions between steps.
❌ Exception
Condition steps cannot be moved. However, you'll still have the flexibility to adjust the steps within each condition. This allows for precise control over the flow of your campaign, ensuring that each step is executed seamlessly.
