We are excited to announce a game-changing enhancement to our platform that has been highly anticipated by our users: pushing leads in bulk to another campaign.
Gone are the days of exporting leads to CSV files and re-importing them into new campaigns. Now, users can seamlessly select specific leads and push them directly into new campaigns with ease and efficiency! 😍
👉 How It Works
There are 3 ways how you can push the leads into a new campaign.
➡️ Option 1
If you want to push just one lead into a new campaign, you can click on the 3 dots next to that lead:
and choose to which campaign it will be sent 🤗
➡️ Option 2
You can push the leads to a new campaign in bulk. Either select some of them, send them by applying a specific filter or send all at once.
Select Leads: From your existing campaign, choose the specific leads you want to include in a new campaign. The pop up menu on the bottom will show up where you can select the option Push x leads to another campaign.
You can also push leads based on their status, for example push all leads that only opened your emails:
Choose the new campaign: Once you click on the pop up menu, choose the campaign you want to add the leads to and push the selected leads into a new campaign.
Adjust the new campaign: Open the new campaign and check if you want to enrich your leads before launching the campaign 😍
➡️ Option 3
If you desire to send the leads into a new campaign automatically once they reach a certain point in the sequence or a condition, you can add this trigger as a step in your campaign:
Any lead that reaches this point will automatically be sent to the selected campaign.
The leads will then have to be launched manually in the new campaign or you can enable Auto-launch and they will start with the new campaign as soon as they are sent there 🤩
