How It Works
Here’s a quick guide to moving leads into a new campaign:
➡️ Option 1: Move a Single Lead
Need to move just one lead? It’s easy:
1️⃣ Click the three dots next to the lead.
2️⃣ Select the campaign where you want to send the lead. 🤗
➡️ Option 2: Bulk Transfer Multiple Leads
Save time by transferring multiple leads at once:
1️⃣ Select Your Leads
From your current campaign:
Manually select specific leads.
Use filters (e.g., leads who opened your emails).
Select all leads at once.
A pop-up menu will appear at the bottom. Click Push X leads to another campaign.
2️⃣ Choose the Destination Campaign
Select the campaign where you want the leads to go.
3️⃣ Review and Enrich
Open the new campaign to review or enrich your leads before launching. 😍
➡️ Option 3: Automate Lead Movement
Simplify your workflow by setting up automated triggers:
1️⃣ Add a trigger step to your campaign sequence.
2️⃣ When leads reach this step or meet the condition, they’ll automatically move to the selected campaign.
3️⃣ Choose between:
Manual Launch: Start the campaign yourself when ready.
Auto-Launch: Begin the new campaign immediately after leads are moved. 🤩
